今天是六安外国语学校2018年暑期中美研学的第五天，也是令人难舍的最后一天。时间总是那么匆匆流逝，一不小心，我们就会与一段故事说再见。

Today is the fifth day of Sino-US culture exchange in Luan Foreign Language School of Anhui,it’s also the last day, time flies,and we will say goodbye to each other.

今天早上，我们都起得很早，因为我们今天要出一趟“远门”了。经过两个多小时的快乐旅程，我们来到了著名的淮南寿县八公山刘香豆腐小镇。这座小镇之所以被称为“豆腐小镇”，是有原因的。淮南是豆腐的发源地，刘香豆腐小镇，国家3A级旅游景区。既是一个旅游商品生产企业，更是一个以豆腐文化为魂的旅游景区，集特色豆制品生产、百姓豆腐宴品尝、传统豆腐制作工艺体验、特色豆制品选购为一体，配套建设了游客服务中心、停车场等旅游设施。在这里，诞生了中国大豆腐，创造了新的吉尼斯纪录！ 

This morning, we all got up early,because we were going to have a long trip today. After two hours’ride,we came to the famous town of tofu in Huainan. The town is called "tofu town" because Huainan is the birthplace of tofu, Liuxiang tofu town is  a national 3A tourist attraction. It is  not only a tourist commodity production enterprise,but also a tourist attraction with the soul of tofu culture. It integrates the production of special bean products, the taste of the bean curd banquet, the experience of the traditional tofu making process and the selection of the special bean products, and the tourist facilities such as tourist service center and the parking lot. Here is the birth of Chinese tofu and it created a new Guinness record.

带着兴奋与急切的心情，我们来到了传统豆腐体验馆，在工作人员的指导下，我们开始亲手制作豆腐。上料、加水、研磨、制作……炎热的天气，不一会儿，我们已经是满头大汗。这种体验很特别，一来让亲身体会到了豆腐的制作过程，让我们学到了很多知识，；二来让我深刻体会到，无论什么食品，当我们带着“挑剔”的“味觉”来选择它时，我们都应该明白它的来之不易，我们更不能浪费粮食，要珍惜劳动人民的智慧成果。

We came to the experience hall with excitement and eagerness.Under the guidance of the staff, we began to make tofu by ourselves.Feed, add water, grind, make... after a while, we were covered with sweat in the hot weather.This experience is very special. First, we can experience the making process of tofu and learn a lot of knowledge. Second, I have deeply realized that no matter what kind of food we choose with "a critical taste",we should understand it’s hard-won,so we can’t waste food and we should appreciate the wisdom of the laboring people.

下午，我们进行了“开笔礼”。在古代，学童会在开学的第一天早早起床来到学堂，由启蒙老师讲授人生最基本、最简单的道理，并教授学童读书、写字，然后参拜孔子像，之后才可以入学读书，这一仪式又被俗称为“破蒙”。古时，“开笔礼”是极为隆重的典礼，对每个读书人来讲都有着重大的意义，被称为人生四大礼之一。在开笔礼现场，我仿佛感觉到了古时儿童读书时的气氛，嗅到了浓郁的书香！

In the afternoon, we carried out“First writing ceremony”,In ancient times, students would get up early on the first day of school and go to school. The abecedarian would teach them the most basic and simple principles of life, teach them to read and write, pay homage to the statue of Confucius, and then they could go to school.In ancient, "First writing ceremony" was a grand ceremony, which was of great significance to every scholar. It was called one of the four greatest ceremonies in life.  At the opening ceremony, I seemed to feel the atmosphere of reading books in ancient times, and the intense fragrance released from books made me feel comfortable.

开笔礼结束后，我们就开始乘车返回学校。至此，愉快轻松又令人难忘的2018暑期中美国际研学就要画上圆满的句号了！在这短短的五天里，我们收获了友谊，增长了见识，这段经历将成为我们学习生涯中最珍贵的财富。与美国同学的相处，我们向国际友人展示了六外学子的从容、大方、礼貌、自信等高贵品质。

After the ceremony, we took the bus back to school.and now,the pleasant and unforgettable summer vacation of 2018 will come to a successful conclusion,In this short period of five days, we have gained friendship and increased knowledge. This experience will become the most precious treasure in our study career. Along with American students, we show our international friends some noble qualities such as ease, generosity, courtesy and self-confidence.

最后，我想对美国的好朋友们说：你们的活泼开朗、乐观友善等优秀品质，深深地感染了我们，今天是与你们分别的时候，但我们定会再见面，因为我们的友谊永远不说再见！

Finally, I would like to say to my good friends in the United States:  your outstanding qualities, such as lively, cheerful, optimistic and friendly, have deeply affected us. Today is the time to say goodbye, but we will meet again, because our friendship will never say goodbye!
