Before the students arrive, we are ready for the needs of life! Life teacher is a special role, shouldering a dual mission, not only to guide students, but also to serve students well. High quality life teachers is an important part of school management!

8月27日下午，安徽省六安外国语学校在孔子讲堂举行了主题为“旭日东升，生活最美”中小学生活教师培训会。会议由小学生活部主任叶加佳主持。安徽省六安外国语学校校长帅仕文、副校长张海英、副校长王厚发以及小初高三个学部的学工部与生活部负责人参加了培训会。

On August 27, life teachers from junior and primary schools of our school gathered in Confucius lecture hall and held a training meeting with the theme of "the most beautiful life". The meeting was presided over by Ye Jiajia, director of primary school life department. Shuai Shiwen, the principal of Lu'an foreign language school, Zhang Haiying, Wang Houfa, the vice principal, and the heads of moral education and life departments of the three departments attended the training meeting.

此次培训会共有三项议程

会议第一项：副校长张海英作了“高标执行，备战开学，优化管理，服务升级”生活老师专题培训。张校长从生活老师的身份解读、工作职责解读、每日工作流程和生活老师的“双十”特律进行了全面细致的培训，既提供了先进的服务理念和管理思想，又提供了提升服务，落地操作的办法。

There are four items on the agenda of the training meeting:

Item 1: vice president Zhang Haiying gave a special training for life teachers on the theme of "high standard implementation, preparation for school, optimization of management and service upgrading". President Zhang has carried out comprehensive and detailed training from the aspects of life teacher's identity interpretation, life teacher's job responsibilities, daily work flow of life teacher and "double ten" discipline of life teacher. It not only provides advanced service concept and management idea, but also provides methods to improve service and landing operation.

培训会第二项：副校长王厚发作了主题为“温馨服务，精细管理，夯实常规，强化特色”的常规管理重点提示。王校长就质量目标、内涵提升、重点抓手、四个共勉对生活教师新学期工作做了重点提示。

The second item of the training meeting: Wang Houfa, vice president, gave the key points of routine management with the theme of "warm service, fine management, consolidation of routine and strengthening of characteristics". President Wang gave some suggestions on the quality objectives, connotation improvement, key points and four encouraging words.

最后，帅仕文校长作了重要讲话。帅校长结合自己的从教经历，从质量、特色和服务三个关键词给生活教师提出了要求。帅校长强调：生活教师要智慧工作，要有金牌服务意识，不仅让我们的孩子吃好、休息好，还要注重孩子的养成教育，让孩子们快乐学习、幸福生活、健康成长！

Finally, President Shuai Shiwen made an important speech. Combining with his teaching experience, Shuai puts forward the requirements for life teachers from three key words of quality, characteristics and service. Shuai stressed that life teachers should work intelligently and have a sense of gold medal service. They should not only let our children eat well and rest well, but also pay attention to nurturing education, so that children can learn happily, live happily and grow healthily!
