为进一步提升小学部老师教育教学业务能力，8月29日，六外小学部迎来了张海英校长带来的主题为“闪亮登场，细心入心，小组构建，有效管理”的培训。

“今天，你微笑了吗？”张校长开篇就勉励老师们一定要带着快乐和微笑去工作，如果一天的工作一定要在快乐与痛苦之间选择的话，那么我们一定会选择快乐地接受工作，愉快地执行。

“学生是小组的主人，小组是课改的灵魂，小组是课改的抓手。”张海英校长肯定小组建设在现代课改中的位置。在现代课改的浪潮中，小组合作才能激发学生自我管理的积极性。随即，张校长分别从定组名、定组规、定考核、定评价几个方面告诉我们小组的构建要素。一个个由学生小组起的在我们老师眼里不那么高大上的组名引起了老师们对小组教学的深思。学生根据自己本小组成员的个性特点制定的组规，让老师们耳目一新，原来“兵带兵、兵管兵、兵教兵”都是这么活灵活现。

最引人注目的是张校长带来的“积分银行”，如此细致入微地记录小组成员内的操行分，让老师们叹为观止，张校长用自己亲身的小组管理经验给老师们娓娓道来。老师们听得全神贯注，享受在小组合作学习教学技能培训的快乐之中。

开学第一课是我们老师留给学生新学期的第一张名片，上好第一课对于“征服”学生来说至关重要。张海英校长从新生班级组建的几个步骤来精心设计流程。整个过程让老师们对于如何快速高效组建班集体有了清晰的认识。

新学期，六外人将初心不改育学子；新征程，六外人将全力以赴行课改。                      

On 29^th August, we invited the principal, Ms. Zhang Haiying，to give us the training of the theme about “Shining on the stage, careful, team building, effective management”. In order to
further enhance the teacher's education and teaching ability in the primary school.

“Do you smile today?” Principal Zhang encouraged the teachers to work with happiness and smiles at the beginning. If we must choose between happiness and pain in daily work, then we will definitely choose to accept the work happily and execute it happily.

"Students are the masters of the group; the group is the soul of the curriculum reform, and the group is the starting point of the curriculum reform." Zhang affirmed the position of group construction in modern curriculum reform. In the wave of modern curriculum reform, group cooperation can stimulate students' enthusiasm for self-management. Immediately, Zhang told us about the construction elements of the group from the following aspects: group name, group rules, examination, and evaluation. The group names that were ordinary in the eyes of our teachers from the student groups aroused the teachers' thinking about group teaching. The group rules formulated by the students based on the personalities of their own group members made the teachers refreshed. It turned out that "soldiers lead soldiers, soldiers control soldiers, and soldiers teach soldiers" are so vivid. The most spectacular is the "Points Bank" brought by Zhang, which records the conduct of the group members in such a meticulous manner that makes the teachers amazed. Zhang used her own group management experience to give the teachers a talk. The teachers were engrossed in listening and enjoying the group cooperative learning and teaching skills training.
  The first lesson of school is the first business card for the students in the new semester given by our teachers and it is very important to "conquer" the students. Principal Zhang Haiying carefully designed the process from the several steps of the formation of the freshman class.
The whole process gave the teachers a clear understanding of how to organize class groups quickly and efficiently.
  In the new semester, Lu’an Foreign Language School will not change its original intention to raise students; And for the new journey, we will go all out to reform the curriculum.
