这才是青春的美，青春的快乐，青春的本分。

为关注青春期女生成长，普及青春期女生生理心理知识，培养“有理想、有道德、有知识、有健康”的自尊、自信、自强、自立的女孩。11月1日下午，安徽省六安外国语学校高中部在孔子讲堂开展了以“青春进行时”为主题的高中女生青春期心理健康教育专题讲座活动，高一、高二年级全体女生参加活动，高中部督导部副主任赵礼慧女士主讲。

In order to pay attention to the growth of adolescent girls, popularize the physiological and psychological knowledge of adolescent girls, and cultivate girls with self-esteem, self-confidence, self-improvement and self-reliance who are "ideal, moral, knowledgeable and healthy". On the afternoon of November 1, the Senior High School Department of Lu'an Foreign Language School of Anhui Province held a special lecture on adolescent mental health education for senior high school girls with the theme of "Youth" in Confucius lecture hall. All girls in grade one and grade two of senior high school participated in the activity, and Ms. Zhao Lihui, deputy director of senior high school department, presided over the activity.

赵主任首先从中外历史上有关女性地位演变的事件谈起，并以优秀女性屠呦呦、陈薇等人的事例，告诉同学们要正确认识青春期的自己，理性对待，规范行为，排除干扰，成为真正的敢想、敢拼，勇于追逐梦想，实现自我价值的新时代女性。

First of all, Ms. Zhao talked about the events related to the evolution of women's status in Chinese and foreign history, and with the examples of excellent women Tu youyou and Chen Wei, she told the students that they should have a correct understanding of themselves in adolescence, treat it rationally, regulate their behavior, eliminate interference, and become women in the new era who dare to think, fight, pursue their dreams and realize their self-worth.

随后，赵主任结合同学们青春期的烦恼，以“一盒巧克力的故事”，引发了在场女孩们的积极互动与探讨。赵主任从高中生的生理、心理特点入手，形象地阐述了进入青春期开始出现的各种变化，并结合具体案例深入浅出地向女生们分析了高中阶段异性交往的益处和弊端，引导同学们正确认识自我的交往需求，准确把握尺度，做到既“自尊自爱”又“互尊互爱”，通过健康优雅的异性交往，培养友谊，发展自我。就女孩们存在的心理心智不成熟以及自我保护意识薄弱等问题，赵主任用温柔的语言，切切叮咛，让女孩们牢记“自我保护12招”。

Starting from the physiological and psychological characteristics of senior high school students, Ms. Zhao vividly describes the various changes in puberty, and vividly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of heterosexual communication in senior high school with specific cases, so as to guide students to correctly understand their own communication needs, grasp the scope, and achieve "self-esteem and self love" and "mutual respect and love" through healthy heterosexual communication, Cultivate friendship and develop yourself. As for the girls' psychological immaturity and weak self-protection consciousness, Ms. Zhao used gentle language to urge them to remember the "12 tips for self-protection".

最后，赵礼慧主任给女孩们送上寄语：“‘冬天酝酿、春天播种、夏天成长、秋天收获。’在适当的季节做适当的事，切勿揠苗助长。”言之谆谆，情之殷殷。

Finally, Ms. Zhao sent a message to the girls: "winter brewing, spring sowing, summer growing, autumn harvest." Do the right thing at the right time, and don't do it in a hurry. " Zhao's sincere admonition moved the children.

青春，像刚刚升起的太阳，前面是望不尽的一片蔚蓝；

青春，像刚刚冒尖的嫩芽，前面是看不完的春光灿烂。
